Message Well I received the call that my car was "ready" to be picked up. Ha! Anything but!!! I'll have to take the car elsewhere to have the fascia refitted due to the hack job that was performed in the installation of a stock Nissan part & thats just for starters. The 3rd brake light is on backorder so the one that was broken by them is still in place, the weather stripping for the rear hatch below the aforementioned brake light is missing & has to be ordered, they didn't bother to hook up the front turn signals, the power door lock started locking & unlocking all by itself then ceased to function locking me out of the car, someone had the drivers seat leaned all the way back(!?!) & when I attempted to reposition the seat that ceased functioning and last but certainly not least the AC which worked perfect right up until the day I drove my car into their shop doesn't work, unless you call hot air working AC! I guess that explains what I thought was overspray on the engine. It's not paint but probably the R12 freon that sprayed everywhere when they either purposely let it out or poked a hole in the condenser when they tried to gorilla the front fascia onto my Z. Thus I had to leave the car there obviously but with the parting words of the manager " If it's a $1000 repair we won't be fixing it but if it's like $100 no problem". NEWSFLASH- just refilling it with R12 will cost more than $100 nevermind having to repair possible leak caused by them! Does anyone have any similar experience with COURTESY or any of their affiliates? If so please post it here. I do believe it's time for "8 on your side"! What do you think?
